The Collaborative is generally open Sunday through Saturday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Individual tenant hours may vary — check with specific businesses for their schedules.

Is there parking available?

Yes! Street parking is available on McEwan Street, and there are additional parking lots nearby in downtown Clare.

What is Honor System shopping?

Several independently owned shops inside The Collaborative allow customers to shop even when the business owner is not onsite. Choose your items and follow the payment instructions posted inside that particular shop. Payment methods may vary by business.

Which businesses participate?

Look for Honor System signage at each participating shop. Some businesses operate by appointment or during their own staffed hours, so Honor System access does not apply to every business or service inside The Collaborative.

When can I shop using the Honor System?

The Collaborative is generally open from 7 a.m.–7 p.m., seven days a week. Individual business hours, appointments, events, and holiday schedules may vary.

Is anyone working in the building?

Sometimes—but not always. Business owners and service providers come and go throughout the day. The building is monitored, and clear instructions are posted to help you shop and pay independently.

Made for More Initiative is a non-profit resale boutique inside The Collaborative. Every purchase supports community initiatives right here in Clare.
